Who can attend
Lance provides individual therapy to adults aged 18 and older who are located in North Carolina for their sessions. He is a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, license #7068.
The practice is entirely virtual. Statewide availability does not mean there are physical offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, or other North Carolina cities. If you will be traveling outside the state, discuss scheduling with Lance before the appointment.

Benefits, limits, and privacy
Virtual therapy may fit a busy schedule and allow you to attend without traveling. It still requires a reliable connection, time set aside, and a space with reasonable privacy. Technical disruptions can happen, and online care is not suitable for every situation.
Discuss privacy expectations, technical interruptions, and whether virtual care is a good fit with Lance. Booking and clinical information belong in Grow Therapy’s process, not on this informational website.
What happens during a session
The first appointment is a chance to discuss what brought you to therapy and what you would like to work on. Later sessions may explore patterns, review practical steps, and adjust goals together. Self-pay sessions are 60 minutes.
This practice does not offer emergency care. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
